"Excellence through Quality" has been our guiding philosophy since our founding 20 years ago. It symbolizes our commitment to create residential and commercial properties that reflect the contemporary pulse of Malaysian lifestyles. Established in 1986 as a joint venture between local corporations IGB Construction Sdn Bhd, Jurutama Sdn Bhd and Mudajaya Sdn Bhd, the companies then merged to form IJM Corporation Bhd.
With the expertise and experience of its founding companies, IJM quickly established itself as a pioneer in the competitive property market. IJM Properties was established to deal with the research, development and marketing of IJM Property Developments.
Our first property development in Penang was launched with much acclaim. Within a short period of time, IJM expanded its operations throughout Central, South and East Malaysia. By the 1990's IJM had established a global network of subsidiaries and associate companies spanning the Asia Pacific, European and American continents, in which we have built properties in Australia, Mauritius, Bangladesh, United Kingdom and America.
The experience and knowledge acquired in our local and overseas projects has enabled us to create a better quality of living standards. With the achievement of its ISO 9001:2000 certification in Quality Management Systems, IJM Properties is confident of fulfilling customer's requirements for better quality, designs, specifications and services.
